Kotu ta ci tarar wani mutum da ya yi ‘like’ a Facebook

Wata kotu a Switzerland ta ci tarar wani mutum kwatankwacin naira N1.5m, saboda ya latsa alamar yin na’am ko “like” da wasu kalamai a shafin Facebook waɗanda kuma ake ɗauka a matsayin ɓata-suna.

Shari’ar ta shafi wasu kalamai ne da aka yi a kan shugaban wata ƙungiyar kare dabbobi, Erwin Kessler.

Kafofin yaɗa labarai sun ce an zargi Erwin Kessler da ƙin jinin Yahudawa kuma nuna wariyar launin fata a cikin kalaman.

Kotun lardin Zurich ta ce wanda ake ƙara “ƙarara ya amince da ƙunshin kalaman da ba su dace ba kuma ya mallaka wa kansa” ta hanyar yin na’am.

A cewar jaridar Le Temps mutumin mai shekara 45 ya danna alamar na’am har sau shida ga kalaman.

Bayanai sun ce Mista Kessler ya yi ƙarar fiye da mutum goma sha biyu saboda kalamai daban-daban da suka yi a shafin Facebook cikin 2015.

Jaridar Tages Anzeiger ta ce an wallafa kalaman ne game da wata tattaunawa a kan ko ya dace a bar ƙungiyoyin kare haƙƙin dabbobi su shiga a dama da su a bikin da masu ƙauracewa cin nama suka shirya.

Kotun ta yi hukuncin cewa mutumin da ake ƙara bai iya tabbatar da hujjar cewa kalaman da ya yi na’am da su gaskiya ne ba.

Ta kuma ce matakin yin “na’am” da kalaman “ya sanya su ƙara bazuwa ga adadin mutane da yawa”, abin ya kuma wani “nakasu ne ga mutuncin Kessler”.

Daga nan sai kotu ta ci shi tarar Swiss francs dubu huɗu kwatantwacin dala 4,100, a cewar AFP. Ko da yake, yana iya ɗaukaka ƙara.

Wani lauya ga ɗaya daga cikin mutanen da Mista Kessler ya yi ƙara ya ce hukuncin ka iya “yin gagarumin tasiri” duk da yake kotun lardi ce ta zartar da shi.
