Likitoci masu koyon aiki na yajin aiki a Nigeria

Kananan likitoci da ake kira Resident Doctors sun fara yajin aiki a Najeriya ranar Litinin domin matsa lamba ga gwamnati ta kara musu albashi.

A wata sanarwa da likitocin suka fitar, da shugabansu Dr Olusegun Ola ya aikewa manema labarai, sun ce sun fara yajin aikin ne saboda ganin gwamnati ba ta shirya biya musu bukatun da suka dade suna korafi a kai ba don haka suka ce gara su daka yaji.

Likitocin na bukatar gwamnati ta warware matsalar da aka samu a albashinsu, da kuma wasu alawus-alawus da ya shafi likitocin jiha da na tarayya.

Sun kuma bukaci a sanya albashin likitoci masu neman kwarewa daidai da na sauran likitoci, tun daga shekarar 2003.

Likitocin sun yanke shawarar daukar matakin ne bayan wani taron da kungiyarsu ta kammala a ranar Litinin.

Haka kuma sun yi korafin shekara uku kenan, babu wani karin girma da aka yi musu alhalin kuwa suna jajircewa wajen gudanar da ayyukansu.

Sai dai a nasa bangaren, shugaban likitoci na kasa Dr Mike Ogirima, ya ce ya yi mamakin yajin aikin da Resident Doctors suka yi, bisa la’akari da lokacin da suka shiga tsakani sun yi alkawarin ba za su tafi yajin aikin ba sai da kwararan hujjoji.

Ya kara da cewa ba zai goyi bayan gwamnatin tarayya ba kan yajin aikin da likitocin suka yi, saboda ya san da batun korafe-korafen da suka shigar da har yanzu gwamnati na jan kafa wajen magance matsalar.

Amma ya ce, su ma likitocin sun yi saurin tafiya yajin aikin.

Yajin aikin dai zai shafi ayyukan kula da lafiya a manyan cibiyoyin kula da lafiyar jama’a a ko’ina cikin Najeriya, musamman asibitocin koyarwa.
